As a Lululemon ambassador and a prominent figure in Berlin's dynamic yoga scene, Aleks brings a unique blend of ancient wisdom and contemporary empowerment to your wellness journey.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • Accommodation for 3 nights — 4 days

  • Two classes per day with Aleks Kop - including Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork and Coaching Sessions

  • Three locally sourced vegetarian meals a day (light breakfast in the morning, brunch and dinner)

  • Teas, coffee and water all day

  • Yoga props like blocks are available on location - however we advise to please bring your own yoga mat

  • There will be a Sauna for an additional of costs of 15€ per person

Not included:

Transport to and from the retreat location — please organise your own transport; we’re happy to help with best options. Also we are happy to connect you with other retreat participants to share a car rental or transport.

Please bring you own yoga mat and props if need be.


Check in from 15pm onwards, welcome round at 17pm

Check out until 12pm on departure day, leaving property latest by 13pm

Typical Retreat Schedule:

  • Pre practice: there will be tea, juice and fruits available 

  • Mornings will begin with breathwork and asana practice

  • Post practice a delicious brunch will be served

  • After brunch there will be time for workshops, coaching sessions, time to relax or explore the surroundings.

  • A light afternoon snack will be offered around 3pm

  • Late afternoons we will feature a gentle movement flow or breathwork practice as well as meditation

  • Dinner will be served around 7pm

about the LOCATION

In the middle of the Uckermark, in the small village Friedenfelde, not far from Gerswalde, our Gutshaus invites you to relax and discover. The building was built in the 18th century and sustainably restored with a keen eye for detail. It's nestled among fruit trees in a small, spacious park, which merges into nearby woods. Benches and deck chairs invite you to linger.

Today, the estate houses a total of four vacation apartments that merge modern art, select vintage furniture and historical elements. On the ground floor, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen and a library, there is a dining room with a fireplace, two lounges, one of which also has a fireplace, and the music room

GETTING THERE

By car:

From Berlin you reach the Gutshaus via A11 - direction to Prenzlau

Approx. 1 - 1,5 hours ride from Berlin

By train:

From Berlin Central Station take the train “Regio RE3” to ANGERMÜNDE or ANGERMÜNDE/ WILMERSDORFT. From here you will have to change into a bus to TEMPLIN and to FRIEDENFELDE — we can arrange a pick up from the bus station to an agreed time. Travel time around 2 - 3 hours depending on the time of travel.

Mélanie Wehrli, a self-taught culinary artist, finds joy in crafting wholesome meals that nourish both the soul and the body. Her approach to cooking is deeply intuitive, drawing inspiration from a rich tapestry of memories—be it the aroma of childhood, poignant moments, or the adventures of travel.

With a degree in Fashion Design, aesthetics have always held a special place in Mélanie's heart. Embracing simplicity, she seamlessly blends colors and textures in her culinary creations. Each plate is a canvas, reminiscent of a painting or a meticulously crafted fashion garment.

Mélanie believes in the art of mindful digestion, where the journey begins with the senses. Visuals and aromas take precedence before the palate, echoing the sentiment that a meal is an immersive experience that engages all senses.

Graduating in Fashion Design didn't quell Mélanie's thirst for knowledge. She's passionate about unraveling the profound connection between food and well-being. Her culinary creations are a testament to the belief that food has the power to influence our lifestyle and overall health.

For Mélanie, the essence of living joyfully revolves around shared meals and the warmth of companionship. It's a celebration of love and mutual care. Just as she advocates for Earth's well-being, Mélanie selects ingredients that are not just sustenance but a reflection of happy cultivation. Mélanie's culinary philosophy centers around balance, love, and energy. Her creations extend beyond being mere dishes; they are a manifestation of thoughtful balance in flavors, a gesture of love, and a source of nourishing energy.
